The events sent over the ESB by different applications such as authorized limits overruns, treatment of anomalies, delays or critical inventory levels are well centralized, prioritized and routed to the right people or process and are simply managed.
Similarly it is easy to set up individualized alert levels to implement escalation procedures, or simple notification on a particular event.
